We are a Community with a humanitarian project committed to changing people’s lives on a global scale through our unique “Pay It Forward” system.
We are helping people around the world to earn a full time income on a Part-time basis through our Community Accelerator programme.
We are focused on helping people who can’t afford to finance their entry into a home based business through our special “Pay it Forward” plan.
As one HUGE team, we are joining a company that has a very powerful referral program along with 3 other income streams.

#1: We share this opportunity of a Team Build with others who WANT or NEED to make extra money to make ends meet, to those who have lost their job and to those who simply want to make a difference for themselves and others. Our team helps everyone reach Level 5 in a Company 2 x 20 forced matrix where the income potential is just, freaking awesome and life changing for most!
#2: We have a small group of leaders who are handling the Master List of people who join us. All new members are time stamped and placed in our team matrix, Left to Right, Top to Bottom after those who joined before them. (We are currently a team of over 8,000 members)
#3: You can come in as an Option 1: Self Funded Member or Option 2: A PIF…Pay it Forward Member.
3a: Option 1: Self Funded Members will be placed in our Team Matrix before PIF’s.
3b: Option 2: PIF’d Members will be placed in our Team Matrix after the Option 1 members.
#4: The person who invited you will be your Point of Contact. (aka: POC).
#5: When it’s your turn to join Des Alpes, you will be provided with an invitation code by your POC to join Des Alpes. (note: This may not happen immediately after you join the Shining Stars team as there will be others in front of you, waiting to do the same).

In the meanwhile, we would like for you to to join our Skool Group to learn about our Team, how we work, the Do's and Don'ts and what to expect moving forward. From our Skool group you will be able to join our Team Training Calls and watch recordings of any trainings that you may have missed. Your POC will be your guide and help you get started.

If you want to share this Team Build opportunity with others, then you will become their POC (Point of Contact) and share the same information as I am sharing with you. (REMEMBER…SHARING IS NOT REQUIRED BUT APPRECIATED).
Training and reommended information is provided inside of our Skool Community after you have joined our Team Matrix.

WHAT TO DO ONCE YOU JOIN OUR TEAM
OUR TEAM BUILD WILL PLACE YOU INTO A VERY POWERFUL MATRIX AND OUR GOAL IS TO HELP TO MAKE YOU AN INCOME LIKE YOU’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE! (or maybe you have but it took years to get there).
Get to know how our Team and our Shining Stars Leaders by paying close attention to Announcements and posts in our Skool Community. (Link will be provided after your placement form is accepted).
This is your New Part-time business and it’s up to you to stay in touch with your POC (the person who invited you). If you are a non-communicator, this won’t work for you.
If you want to share this amazing opportunity with others, please follow the rules. This is super important as by breaking the rules of the do’s and don’ts, you can break the whole team matrix.
Here are a few of the most important Rules:
Never invite anyone to our Shining Stars Team who has already Joined Des Alpes.
If they are found to have already joined Des Alpes, they will be removed from our Matrix and it will cause a whole lot of issues for our team leaders, so please, just don’t do it.
Make sure that your invitees fill out the Matrix Placement form correctly!
By not doing so, their application to our team will be rejected and they will lose their spot on our team. Instructions on how to fill out the placement form are clearly posted in a video in our simple 3 Step System.
NEVER EVER share your Des Alpes referral link with anyone!!! except for the one time when you are asked to give it back to our team leader when you first join Des Alpes. Why? you may ask? by doing so, you will break the Matrix completely and the person who you invited, outside of Shining Stars, will not benefit from our team build. You will also ruin your own chance of having our team help you get to that 6 Figure per Year income.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START
It’s really, really important that you follow instructions and that you have time in your schedule to follow updates in our Community Team Skool Group.
If you have joined Des Alpes in the past, you will not be able to join again. Therefore you are not eligable to join our Shining StarsTeam Build Programme. However, if your spouse or your kids (children must be 18 and over), have never joined Des Alpes in the past, you can add them to our Team Build with their permission. (read KYC note below).
All participants must be able to compete KYC (know your customer) by having a Drivers Licence, a Passport or National ID. If you do not have any of these documents, unfortunately you won’t be able to receive your Debit Card, nore will you be eligible to earn from the platform. Sorry! Please get your ID organized and contact me later. I would really hate to see anyone left out.
***If you are someone who is technically challenged, Don’t worry…there’s nothing technical about it! Besides…we are here to help and guide you. If you can type, click a link, and copy and paste, you will be fine! Take this opportunity to learn.***
Using a Laptop or Computer will provide a much better user experience but it’s not required.
Please be a good listener, read and re-read, listen and listen again and be prepared to expand your knowledge.
